崗位描述：Job Responsibility職位描述： i) Develop new castable products as per customer requirements. 根據(jù)客戶要求開發(fā)新的澆鑄料產(chǎn)品 ii) Develop formulations for Castable. 改進澆鑄料配方 iii) Go for application and trial at steel plants in China. 在國內(nèi)的鋼鐵廠（現(xiàn)有客戶），協(xié)助指導實驗和施工 iv) Carry out lab work for new developed products and Quality control/Chemical, physical property analysis work for castables. 負責新的澆鑄料產(chǎn)品的檢驗工作和質(zhì)量控制，包括理化指標的分析 v) Maintain the proper records for the laboratory test results. 完善保存實驗、檢驗的記錄 vi) Assist purchase/commercial for quality inputs of new Raw material and additives. 協(xié)助采購和財務(wù)部門引進新的原材料和添加劑 Job Requirement職位要求： i) Qualified - Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Ceramics, metallurgy or chemistry or related majors. 具有陶瓷、冶金、化工或者其它類似專業(yè)的本科文憑 ii) Experience of working in refractories and related field for minimum 5 years and above. Preferred atleast 8-10 years’ experience. If have good long experience Point E i) of qualification not mandatory. 具有5年以上在耐火材料或者相關(guān)行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗，8-10年及以上工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮。如果經(jīng)驗足夠豐富，可以放寬第一條的學歷限制 iii) Extensive knowledge on Castables (as mentioned in Job responsibility) and ability to do Research and development of the same. 具有豐富的澆鑄料知識（如職位描述所說），能夠獨立研發(fā)新產(chǎn)品 iv) Knowledge of Raw Materials, minerals, additives etc. 具有耐火材料原材料，礦產(chǎn)品和添加劑的知識 v) Working knowledge of laboratory equipment’s like high temperature furnaces, mixer and other testing equipments 會操作使用實驗室儀器，包括高溫爐、攪拌器以及其它設(shè)備 vi) Working knowledge of ISO is an added advantage 具有ISO相關(guān)體系知識優(yōu)先考慮 vii) English speaking/reading and writing is an added advantage 英語聽說讀寫能力流利優(yōu)先考慮 viii) Knowledge of operations under China Safety Law. 懂安全生產(chǎn)和其它國家及地方相關(guān)法規(guī)
