對招聘崗位描述：1. Arrange and follow up daily works of technicians. Coach to technicians. 2. Following new products developing plan to develop new products. 3. Following the raw material priority to test the new raw material 4. Keep the sensitive to new product, new raw material and refractory developing direction. 5. New test and evaluation method developing. 6. Improving old product quality, research competitive products.. 7. Analyzing sample. 8. Writing RD report to the QT Vice General Manager on time. 9. SOP update on respond area. 10.RD lab management
職位要求 ： 1. Must have at least a university diploma, Inorganic and Nonmetallic Material (Advanced Ceramic) background. 2. Must have at least two years QC/research working experience. 3. Good written and oral communication skills, management competence. 4. Master operation of Microsoft Office. 5. Have a good command of English; English CET-6 is preferred.
